Alongside travelling and writing, I knit. It’s a skill my Granny and Mum taught me and I enjoy the way using my hands in collaborative rhythm, each making different moves for a united result, sends me into a pleasantly calm dwam. 

I knit in the same way that I cook, and live my life in general – I make it up as I go along, paying scant attention to established patterns or recipes, and using the ingredients and inspirations to hand. 

Colour makes my heart sing, and deliciously tactile natural yarn gives me goosebumps, so that’s what you’ll find all my pieces are made of.
